If it’s STINGER SEASON – Please wear lycra leggings or stockings to protect yourself from stingers

Morning – Weekdays

Tuesday & Thursday – be at the beach at 5.15am (approx 1hr)

Afternoon – Weekdays

Tuesday & Thursday – be at the beach at 5.15pm (approx 1hr)

Weekend

Saturday – be at the beach at 6.00am (approx 2hrs)

Sunday – be at the beach at 6.00am (approx 2hrs)

Beginners, Juniors & existing club members

Sunday – be at the beach at 8.00am, all welcome for a fun morning in an OC6. (approx 1hr)

The Sunday sessions focus on technique and building endurance. This is an excellent opportunity for beginners and juniors to have a bit of fun on the water.

OC1/OC2

Sunday morning 8.00am on the water – this session is open to newly joined and experienced paddlers. The sessions are individually tailored to ability and skill level.
